To make your stay at the HIGHLIGHTS International Art Fair Munich as pleasant and safe as possible, we have worked on a comprehensive safety and hygiene concept. In accordance with the hygiene measures of the Bavarian State Government, which officially permits the holding of trade fairs from September 1, we would like to inform you here about the most important rules and regulations at our trade fair (Last update: September 2020).

On the venue:
The number of visitors is determined. Markings on the floor and/or the stand construction provide the basis for maintaining the minimum distance of 1.5 meters.

Entrance area:
At the well-known junctions such as the entrance area, cash desk or checkroom, where queuing and increased visitor traffic may occur, special regulations will be implemented, such as distance markings.

Traceability in case of infection:
All event participants must register in advance when purchasing their ticket, i.e. with their visitor ticket, exhibitor ID or service provider security pass, in order to obtain access authorization.

Ventilation in the historical rooms of the Residenz is achieved by regular ventilation intervals.

Mouth and nose covering:
Currently, a mouth-nose cover is always to be worn in the entire interior area of the HIGHLIGHTS International Art Fair Munich. We provide participants and visitors who do not have their own masks with a free mouth-nose protection.

Business contacts:
In order to protect the health of all, the minimum distance of 1.5 meters should be kept and body contact and shaking hands should be avoided even during business appointments.

Cleaning on the exhibition grounds:
An hourly cleaning service of the exhibition and infrastructure areas is organized and carried out by the HIGHLIGHTS or the assigned cleaning company.

Sanitary area & cleaning:
The sanitary facilities in the east wing are cleaned in high frequency. Hand washing and disinfection facilities are provided in sufficient distance.

We kindly ask visitors with respiratory problems, fever or other complaints to stay away from the fair. Visitors to the fair will either receive their ticket in advance of the fair at the invitation of the exhibitors, partners or the organizer, or they can pick it up at the ticket counter. Payment for tickets should be as cashless as possible. For this purpose, appropriate cash register and payment devices are available.

In addition to the ticket, the visitor must register online in advance for the trade fair for a specific time slot. By registering, the trade fair ensures both constant tracking of visitors in the trade fair area and compliance with the maximum number of visitors on the venue. The ticket (via barcode) as well as the time slot (via QR Code) are recorded contactlessly by a scanner on entry and exit to the exhibition.

Plexiglas partitions at the info counters, the cash desk area, the checkroom and other areas with increased customer contact serve as protection.

You can find the entire health concept as a PDF file under the news on our homepage.
