To make your stay at the HIGHLIGHTS International Art Fair Munich as pleasant and safe as possible, we have worked on a comprehensive safety and hygiene concept. In accordance with the hygiene measures of the Bavarian State Government, which officially permits the holding of trade fairs from September 1, we would like to inform you here about the most important rules and regulations at our trade fair (Last update: June 23rd, 2020).

We have implemented a number of measures to ensure the required minimum distance of 1.5 metres at all times:
We set a maximum number of visitors who are present at the exhibition grounds at the same time. In this way we comply with the regulation of one authorised person per ten square metres.
We use floor marks to determine the routes so that the distance can always be maintained.
Extended opening hours are being discussed.

In order to comply with the hygiene guidelines, we take the following measures:
Disinfectant dispensers are available in several areas of the exhibition grounds. The cleaning intervals in the sanitary rooms as well as on the exhibition grounds (tables, door handles, etc.) will be increased.
Subject to the regulations in force until the time of the fair, the wearing of a mask is mandatory for the safety of our exhibitors and visitors. For this purpose we will provide free masks.
Our exhibition hall is equipped with a modern ventilation system, for continuous ventilation without air circulation.
The sanitary facilities are cleaned by increased frequency and are equipped with disinfectant dispensers.
Cash registers etc. will have a plexiglass protection.
We also avoid shaking hands.

Further organisational aspects ensure that the minimum distances are observed and that your safety is ensured:
Hosts and hostesses will direct the visitors and support the observance of distance regulations.
There are no touchscreens on the exhibition grounds - instead, we use information on monitors.

We would like to point out that on the exhibition grounds it is mandatory for all visitors and exhibitors to register in order to enable contact person identification in case of a subsequently identified COVID-19 case.
